Chai Latte Protein Smoothie


Fragrant spicy chai tea in a protein shake! Use a good quality blender to get the smoothest results. Substitute a different protein powder for more protein grams if desired.

Ingredients (makes 1)
  • 10 oz strong brewed tea
  • 1 scoop Biggest Loser vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon light cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 packet sweetener
  • 6 ice cubes
Mix all ingredients in a personal smoothie maker. Blend on HIGH until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings and sweetener. Nutritional info is based on protein powder indicated so adjust if using a different brand
