Ingredients (makes 16)
- 8 oz shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Bake for 3-4 minutes until cheese flattens and forms lace pattern. Watch carefully! Remove from oven and let cool briefly. Remove to serving tray and enjoy!
